Open Type Exhibition
I was invited by Atelier Next Door to lead a typographic exhibition in Toronto. From early concept to spatial direction, I shaped the experience around how type can exist beyond the screen, physically.
The central piece was an interactive installation, I developed with Yigit Toprak. Responsive and tactile, it invited slower engagement, a way to feel type rather than just see it. Manic Type was also invited to contribute, bringing a local voice to the project.
This was the first time I translated my process into a full spatial setting.

in a room, with sound and people shaping the experience. It opened up something for me, a direction I want to keep following.
