Biliktu Foundry – Desktop Font Software License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between the licensee (“You”) and Biliktu Foundry (Murathan Biliktu). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the font software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the font software on up to five (5) desktop devices within your company or organization. This license does not confer ownership of the font software or its intellectual property.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the font to create:

• Static, non-editable designs (e.g. posters, logos, packaging)

• Printed materials

• Rasterized graphics in PDFs or social media content

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the font in any form

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or convert the font

• Embed the font in applications, websites, or broadcast content

• Provide access to the font to external partners, agencies, or clients

4. High-Volume Use Disclaimer

If your organization exceeds 5 users or devices, or operates as a corporate group with subsidiaries, affiliates, or international teams, a Corporate License is required. This Desktop License is not valid for large-scale enterprise use.

5. Termination

Violation of any terms will result in immediate termination of this license. You must destroy all copies upon termination. Legal action may be pursued in cases of willful infringement.

Web License

Biliktu Foundry – Webfont License Agreement

1. Grant of License

This license permits self-hosted use of the font on one (1) domain only, via @font-face embedding. License tiers are based on monthly web traffic. You must accurately report traffic and upgrade if exceeded.

2. Traffic-Based Pricing

– 0–30K monthly views: $92

– 60K: $182

– 100K: $360

– 500K: $720

– 1M: $1440

– 1M+ views: Contact for custom license

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the font across multiple domains or subdomains

• Serve the font from third-party platforms, CDNs, or font APIs

• Allow external access, resale, or embedding in third-party projects

• Use in apps or platforms without separate licensing

4. Disclosure & Enforcement

Biliktu Foundry reserves the right to request proof of traffic volumes. Willful misreporting or under-licensing constitutes breach of contract.

Broadcast License

Biliktu Foundry – Broadcast License Agreement

This license governs the use of the font in motion content such as film, TV, streaming, or advertising.

1. Tiered Usage Scope

License is required per project or season and must reflect intended audience size:

– 0–30K viewers: $180

– 60K: $270

– 100K: $440

– 500K: $1200

– 1M: $2680

– Over 1M viewers: Custom license required

2. Permitted Uses

– Titles, lower thirds, end credits, brand visuals in video content

– Motion graphics for internal or external use (as licensed)

3. Restrictions

– You may not use this font across multiple unrelated productions

– You may not share font files with vendors or agencies without permission

– Redistribution in commercial templates is strictly prohibited

4. Legal Enforcement

Usage in high-visibility productions without appropriate licensing may result in retroactive fees, license cancellation, and legal enforcement under applicable intellectual property law.

Application License

Biliktu Foundry – Application Embedding License

1. Grant of License

You are granted the right to embed the font into a software application, game, or mobile app for end users without access to the font files.

2. Download-Based Tiers

– 0–30K downloads: $180

– 60K: $270

– 100K: $440

– 500K: $1200

– 1M: $2680

– Over 1M downloads: Custom license required

3. Limitations

– You may not allow end-user access to the raw font files

– You may not embed in products that allow font extraction

– The license is non-transferable across products

4. Enforcement

Biliktu Foundry reserves the right to audit reported download numbers. Usage beyond the licensed tier without notice is a material breach of this agreement.

Corporate / Enterprise License

Biliktu Foundry – Enterprise Font License Agreement

1. Scope & Coverage

This license grants corporate or institutional use across multiple departments, locations, or teams, with a custom user/device count defined by your tier.

Starting tiers:

– 200 users: $720

– 500 users: $1440

– Unlimited / Global: Custom license required

2. Permitted Uses

– Company-wide branding, digital, web, print, packaging

– Internal communications, campaigns, social media

– Use across owned sub-brands or subsidiaries (if agreed in contract)

3. Prohibited Uses

– Sharing with external vendors/agencies (unless licensed)

– Including the font in client deliverables

– Embedding in public products, tools, or templates

4. Compliance

Enterprise users are required to maintain internal records of installation and usage. Biliktu Foundry may request a compliance audit at any time.

5. Legal Terms

This license is governed under international intellectual property laws. Unlicensed usage may result in retroactive billing or legal enforcement.
